Welcome to Velox Network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velox Network mobile application ("Application") and its related services, provided by Velox Network ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Velox Network is currently in its early development phase. Our platform is in the mining phase, and mainnet is not yet live. Users participate in mining activities to earn virtual assets (hereafter referred to as "Velox" or "VLX"), which currently hold no monetary value or utility outside of the Application.
Velox is not a financial product. Mining Velox tokens does not guarantee any form of profit, return on investment, or future value. Participation in the mining phase is purely voluntary and exploratory.
To use the Application, you may need to register an account using your email or other approved credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
Mining within the Application simulates token accumulation based on user interaction. These mined tokens are provisional and may be adjusted, reset, or altered before the mainnet launch. Mining rules and algorithms are subject to change as the project evolves.
Currently, Velox Network does not require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. However, when mainnet launches or regulatory requirements arise, KYC may be implemented. At that point, users may need to complete identity verification to fully access or transfer their tokens.
You agree not to misuse the Application or its features. This includes, but is not limited to:
Violations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of mined tokens.
All content in the Application — including logos, branding, text, and software — is the property of Velox Network and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or modify any part of the Application without our permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Velox team.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after any changes means you accept the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Velox Network is not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Application, including the loss of mined tokens.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velox Network operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
