What is Velox Network?
Velox Network is a mining platform where you earn VELX tokens by mining directly from the app — available both as a website and as a Telegram Mini App, sharing the same account and balance.
How does mining work?
Tap Start Mining to begin a session. VELX is added to your balance automatically over the session — you don't need to keep the app open while it runs.
How do I increase my mining rate?
Boost your mining level from the Boost screen. Higher levels increase your VELX/hour rate and your referral limit, and from Core level onward remove slashing penalties entirely.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral code or link — from the website or the Telegram Mini App, whichever is more convenient. You earn 50 VELX for every friend who joins and starts mining, credited the same way regardless of which one they use to join.
How do I withdraw?
Convert VELX to USDT from the Swap screen, then withdraw USDT to your wallet from the Withdraw screen. Minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT, and KYC verification is required first.
Why do I need to complete KYC?
KYC verification is required before connecting a wallet or withdrawing funds, to keep the platform secure for everyone using it.
Can I use Velox Network on both the website and Telegram?
Yes. You can mine independently on either one, or link them together from Profile → Link Telegram/Email Account so both show the exact same combined balance.
Do I need to install anything from an app store?
No. Velox Network installs directly from your browser as a web app on Android, iOS, and desktop — just open the app and choose "Add to Home Screen" or use the install prompt when it appears.
What happens to my balance if I link my Telegram and web accounts?
If you were mining separately on Telegram before linking, that balance, USDT balance, referral count, and referral bonus are all added into the account you link to, and your mining rate keeps whichever of the two was higher. Nothing is lost — everything moves into the one, unified account.
How do I link my web account and Telegram account together?
From the website, go to Profile → Link Telegram Account and generate a code, then open it in Telegram to complete the link with one tap. From inside the Telegram Mini App, go to Profile → Link Email Account and either log in with your existing email and password, or enter a code generated from the website.
What's the difference between the referral code and the referral link?
The code is a short identifier someone can type in manually when signing up. The link does the same thing automatically when clicked — there's also a separate Telegram-specific link that opens a chat with the bot directly. All three credit you the same 50 VELX reward when someone joins through them.
How does the Boost payment process work?
Choose a Boost level, send the exact USDT amount shown to the address provided on your chosen network (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, or Arbitrum), then paste your transaction hash into the app. Your request shows as pending until our team verifies the payment, after which your new mining rate and referral limit apply automatically.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account is archived before removal rather than destroyed immediately, so if you change your mind you can contact support to ask about restoring it. This is not an indefinite guarantee, so it's still worth being certain before deleting.
Which networks are supported for deposits and withdrawals?
TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, and Arbitrum are all supported for Boost payments and USDT withdrawals. Make sure you select the correct network on both ends — sending on the wrong network can result in a lost transaction that we cannot recover.
What languages does Velox Network support?
The app is fully translated into 29 languages, selectable from the globe icon in the top bar, including right-to-left languages like Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu.
Will the price of VELX change?
The current rate is a premarket price set internally, intended to reflect platform growth ahead of any exchange listing. It is not guaranteed and may be adjusted at any time — see the Whitepaper for more detail.
Is my referral bonus credited immediately?
Yes — as soon as someone signs up using your code or link, whether through the website or Telegram, the 50 VELX reward is credited to your balance right away.
